Tech­ni­cal descrip­ti­on

  • Sort­ing and fee­ding of the stro­bes by means of bowl fee­der and sepa­ra­ting unit
  • The stro­bes are fed into a water-coo­led bra­zing grip and clam­ped with cera­mic pla­tes
  • The bra­zing grip is trans­port­ing the stro­be to the pre­pa­ra­ti­on sta­ti­ons
  • Dosing of the flux onto the stro­be
  • Fee­ding, cut­ting and sha­ping of the sil­ver sold­er onto the stro­be by means of the inte­gra­ted sil­ver sold­er cut­ting sta­ti­on
  • Dosing of the flux onto the sil­ver sold­er foil
  • The bra­zing grip trans­ports the pre­pared stro­be to the bra­zing posi­ti­on at the saw bla­de
