SYSTEMS FOR TOOL MANUFACTURING

Our systems are used for the production of carbide and diamond tipped circular saws and band saws, carbide tipped drills, routers, diamond tipped stone saws and circular knives.

BORE PROCESSING

Finishing the centre hole with two-sided chamfering. Circular saws, circular knives, and slitter knives are processed economically.

BRAZING

Brazing of carbide, PCD, stellite by induction heating with temperature control.  Semi- or fully automatic brazing of circular saws, cutters and drills.

SURFACE GRINDING

Surface grinding, hollow grinding, tapered grinding, stepped grinding and multiple stepped grinding as well as combinations. Semi- or fully automatic processing of saw bodies, circular knives and slitter knives.

TENSIONING

Tension optimization by rolling of tension rings. Semi- or fully automatic processing of base bodies, brazed saws bodies and circular knives.

SHOT BLASTING

Surface finishing by various blasting abrasives. Semi- or fully automatic processing of wood and metal circular saws, cutters and drills.

POLISHING

Surface finishing of workpieces by rotating polishing wheels or brushes. Semi- or fully automatic processing of circular saws and circular knives.

LASER MARKING

Marking such as company logo and specifications by LASER on various surfaces. Semi- or fully automatic marking of base bodies, saws, cutters and inserts

QUALITY CONTROL

Measuring the tooth geometry after brazing or grinding. Axial run-out, concentric run-out, tension measurement and solder strength measurement. Metal circular saws, wood circular saws, base bodies and circular knives are checked and measured optically and mechanically.
