Tech­ni­cal descrip­ti­on

  • The finis­hed work­pie­ces, sta­cked on the maga­zi­ne cart, are retrie­ved by a hand­ling device with magne­tic grip­per
  • The magne­tic tables 1 and 2 are clea­ned by means of a brushing unit and the work­pie­ces put in place
  • The work­pie­ce is ground flat by the elec­tri­cal­ly dri­ven grin­ding wheels
  • During the grin­ding pro­cess, the grin­ding wheel is gui­ded line­ar­ly across the work­pie­ce
  • After grin­ding of the first work­pie­ce side, the work­pie­ce is clea­ned by the brushing unit and tur­ned by means of the hand­ling device
  • The magne­tic table is clea­ned by means of the brushing unit, befo­re the work­pie­ce is pla­ced on it
  • The second work­pie­ce side is ground flat
  • The finis­hed work­pie­ces are sta­cked on the maga­zi­ne cart
