Tech­ni­cal descrip­ti­on

  • The saw blades with pla­tes pla­ced in bet­ween to pro­tect the saw blades, are sta­cked on the left maga­zi­ne cart. By means of a hand­ling unit – a com­bi­na­ti­on of a magne­tic and vacu­um grip sys­tem – the saw blades are auto­ma­ti­cal­ly picked up
  • By means of the hand­ling unit the saw blades are trans­fer­red to the poli­shing tables 1 and 2
  • After poli­shing the first side, the saw bla­de is auto­ma­ti­cal­ly tur­ned over on the same poli­shing table and the second side is being polished
  • While poli­shing a bla­de on one of the poli­shing tables ano­ther bla­de can be tur­ned over or a new one can be pla­ced on the other table
  • The polished saw blades are clea­ned and dried by means of the clea­ning and dry­ing unit (opti­on) and are sta­cked on the second maga­zi­ne cart on the right-hand side
  • The pla­s­tic pla­tes are also put on the right maga­zi­ne cart during the poli­shing ope­ra­ti­on
