Technical description
- Sorting and feeding of the tips by means of bowl feeder, laser camera system and longitudinal conveyor belt
- Precise tip preparation with servo gripper
- Programmable flux dosing
- Programmable solder shaping at the solder cutting station
- Defined transfer of the prepared tip into the ceramic equipped and water cooled brazing tongs
- Temperature controlled brazing of the tip onto the circular saw blade
- Temperature controlled annealing process
- Fully automatic positioning and indexing of the saw blade by means of servo motors
- Automatic pick up of the unbrazed circular saw bodies from the loading magazine and positioning them onto the saw blade receptacle by means of a magnetic handling system
- Automatic pick up of the brazed circular saw blade and placing onto the upper pin of the loading magazine in ergonomic control position for the operator
