Technical description
- Sorting and feeding of the tips by means of bowl feeder and longitudinal conveyor with optical sorting unit
- The tips are fed to the brazing grip
- Dosing of the flux onto the tip
- The tips are fed into a water-cooled brazing grip and clamped with ceramic plates
- The brazing grip is transporting the tip to the saw blade
- Brazing of the tip onto the circular saw blade with integrated annealing function
- Indexing of the saw blade by means of electric motor
