Technical description
- Sorting and feeding of the carbide tips through the bowl feeder and longitudinal conveyor belt
- Dosing of the fl ux onto the carbide tip by means of dosing valve 1
- Cutting of the silver solder foil from a coil and stamping onto the carbide tip
- Dosing of the fl ux onto the silver solder foil by means of dosing valve 2
- Transferring the prepared carbide tip into the ceramicequipped and water-cooled soldering tong
- Brazing of the carbide tips onto the saw blade
- Manual loading and unloading of the unbrazed and brazed saw blades
