Technical description

  • The saw is manually moved to the grinding position, indexed by an indexing pin and clamped
  • The carbide is ground simultaneously on both flanks (different grinding cycles are available)
  • After grinding, the saw is manually indexed to the next grinding position

  • Grinding unit with 2 grinding wheels
  • The placement- and feeder- movement is via servo motors
  • Servomotor X-Y positioning unit of the saw blade
