Technical description
- Sorting and feeding of the strobes by means of bowl feeder and separating unit
- The strobes are fed into a water-cooled brazing grip and clamped with ceramic plates
- The brazing grip is transporting the strobe to the preparation stations
- Dosing of the flux onto the strobe
- Feeding, cutting and shaping of the silver solder onto the strobe by means of the integrated silver solder cutting station
- Dosing of the flux onto the silver solder foil
- The brazing grip transports the prepared strobe to the brazing position at the saw blade
- Temperature-controlled brazing of the strobe onto the circular saw blade
- Fully automatic positioning and indexing of the saw blade by means of electric motors and a sensor
- Automatic pick-up of the unbrazed circular saw bodies from the integrated loading magazine and positioning them onto the saw blade receptacle by means of a magnetic handling system
- Automatic pick-up of the brazed circular saw blade and placing onto the upper pin of the loading magazine in ergonomic control position for the operator
