Technical description
- The saw blades with plates placed in between to protect the saw blades, are stacked on the left magazine cart. By means of a handling unit – a combination of a magnetic and vacuum grip system – the saw blades are automatically picked up
- By means of the handling unit the saw blades are transferred to the polishing tables 1 and 2
- After polishing the first side, the saw blade is automatically turned over on the same polishing table and the second side is being polished
- While polishing a blade on one of the polishing tables another blade can be turned over or a new one can be placed on the other table
- All the polished saw blades are cleaned and dried by means of the cleaning and drying installation and are stacked on the second magazine cart on the right-hand side (Option)
- The cardboard or plastic plates are also put on the right magazine cart during the polishing operation
